Jumeirah Glasgow Hotel, Jumeirah’s fifth hotel to be signed in Europe, is scheduled to open in 2011. The 200-room, five-star luxury Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel, scheduled to open in 2011, will be located in the centre of New Pearl City Tian He District, Guangzhou’s premier and rapidly growing commercial city centre.

The Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel will feature a sky lobby, with elegantly appointed guest rooms, distinctive dining concepts and Jumeirah’s own luxury Talise Wellness spa – all situated on the top floors of the 50-storey GT Land Plaza, with commanding views of city-centre Guangzhou. Scheduled to open late 2010, the 60 storey luxury hotel tower will comprise 400 beautifully appointed guest rooms & suites, as well as 200 fully serviced apartments varying from studios to spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments.

A letter of understanding has been signed to manage one of Palm Jumeirah’s most prestigious and unique new beach front developments, Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort. The luxurious hotel will feature 213 rooms and suites, 45 residences and 45 serviced apartments, all of which will be managed by Jumeirah. The prestigious hotel will be developed by Dubai-based Al Fattan Properties LLC.

Situated in an exclusive water-front setting, the hotel and residences will be uniquely located on the north of the crescent with direct views of Burj Al Arab, the world’s most luxurious hotel. Scheduled for completion in late 2010, Jumeirah Private Island Phuket, will feature 65 lavishly appointed deluxe pool villas, each with a private infinity pool and Jacuzzi, and 12 three-bedroom luxury residential villas. Jumeirah has been appointed to manage Jumeirah Al Khor Hotel and Residences, a prestigious hotel and apartment development which will be located in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City, overlooking Dubai Creek. The hotel tower will feature 439 well appointed luxury rooms and suites over 34 storeys whilst the residential component of the project will feature 406 fully serviced apartments over 42 storeys, which will be leased on a short to medium term basis. Jumeirah has announced the highly anticipated Jumeirah Business Bay Hotel. This hotel will be located in the Business Bay, Dubai’s new commercial business district and will be a strong statement of the region’s corporate success.

The Jumeirah Culu Culu Polo Resort will be located in Lobos, a 30‑minute ride from Argentina’s Ezeiza International Airport and just one hour away from the lively capital of Buenos Aires. Guests of the world class luxury resort will have access to eight polo fields, incorporating two championship polo fields and a spa and fitness centre. The construction of this luxurious polo community is due to be completed by 2010. The second phase of the development will also encompass an 18-hole golf course and an additional 400 privately owned villas.
